†Winter Tyres Prize Draw Terms & Conditions


  • 1. The ‘Promoter’ is Toyota (GB) PLC, registered in England and Wales with company number 0916634 and its registered office address at Great Burgh, Burgh Heath, Epsom, Surrey KT18 5UX.
  • 2. This prize draw is exclusive to Toyota vehicle owners residing in the UK aged 18 years or over.
  • 3. This prize draw is not open to any employees of the Promoter, their immediate families or contractors or any person directly or indirectly involved in the prize draw.
  • 4. The prize draw will run from 01:00 on 1st December (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on 31st December 2019 (the “Closing Date”). All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
  • 5. All entries must be received via the completion and submission of the online form as detailed on the landing page.
  • 6. No purchase is necessary.
  • 7. Only one entry per person. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted.
  • 8. Entry into the prize draw will be deemed to be in acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • 9. The ‘Prize’ is one set of winter tyres for a UK specification Toyota model aged up to 8years old - excluding Supra, Dyna, Hilux and Proace. Exclusions also include run flat tyres.
  • 10. The Prize is subject to availability. In the unlikely event that stock becomes unavailable for your vehicle, a voucher shall be supplied for the value of a winter tyre set. This can be redeemed at any Toyota Centre in the UK.
  • 11. If your vehicle has modified non manufacturer adaptions this will may mean that a set of standard Winter Tyres won’t fit your vehicle. The Promoter does not accept liability should this be the case.
  • 12. The Prize shall be fitted at a UK Toyota Centre of the Winner’s choice. The Promoter will ask the Winner to select a Toyota Centre and will arrange for delivery of the Prize prior to fitting.
  • 13. There will be no cash alternative to the Prize stated.
  • 14. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-changeable.
  • 15. The Winner will be drawn at random by an independent person (the “judge”) and notified on the 6th of January (the “Announcement Date”). The Winner will be selected from eligible entries received.
  • 16. The Promoter will contact the Winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry.
  • 17. If the Winner cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by the Promoter, that Winner will forego the right to claim the Prize and the Promoter will arrange for a replacement winning entry to be selected in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
  • 18. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the Winners’ behalf.
  • 19. The decision of the judge is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • 20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this promotion at any stage and without notice if deemed necessary in their opinion, and/or if circumstances arise outside of their control. The Promoter [and those organising any prize on their behalf] cannot be held responsible or liable for any circumstance beyond its reasonable control that prevents any prize from being used or available.
  • 21. Details of the Winner can be obtained by writing to Toyota (GB) PLC, Great Burgh, Burgh Heath, Epsom, Surrey KT18 5UX with a stamped address envelope. No other correspondence will be entered into.
  • 22. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If we do this we will publish the updated terms and conditions appropriately.
  • 23. The promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
